It’s time to “Fooducate” yourself back to health and wellness. Fooducate is a word I heard a few years ago that means probably what you think it does; educate yourself about food, its ingredients, and its effects on the body. The food industry in America has pulled the blinders over our eyes and sold us on multiple lies about weight loss, obesity, and disease. Fooducating myself was what healed and is still healing my body.
I remember being taught in school that pizza is a vegetable, which in turn, caused me to not feel guilty about eating it. That was many years ago. Now, as of 2011, once again it’s being taught at endorsed at the highest level, our government.

It doesn’t stop there. In 2007, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo teamed up with diet experts to sell “Soda is healthy for you”.
We know this stuff isn’t healthy for us. We’ve heard about the acid in Coke’s dissolving objects completely, the heartburn, etc.
So why do we continue to drink and eat foods like this? Because we’re addicted to sugar.
The food industry lies to us on these common marketing terms to get us to buy more …
- All calories are created equal
- Must count calories to lose weight
- All you need is willpower
- Diet soda is better than regular soda
- Low-fat or whole grain is good for you
- Exercise more, eat fewer calories
Why sell these lies so hard? They don’t want us to know the truth. They’re selling us a substance more addictive than cocaine. When rats are given a choice of cocaine or sugar-water for their diet they chose sugar-water every single time.
Over 24 million Americans have an autoimmune disease yet the media, doctors nor the government wants to talk about it. Follow the money trail and you quickly find out that the drug companies hold billions of dollars in the food industry stocks. Why might you ask? Because this current day epidemic is a cash cow for the drug companies. Reducing sugar results in reduced consumption of sugary food items which results in healthier people leading to lower health costs. Wow, what a concept!
A little personal fact you might like. I recently went through my previous medical bills over the past 8 years and found that I averaged over $90k in medical/drug costs over that time period before I became “fooducated”.
Why fooducate yourself? Because this white poison is in all of our foods. There are over 600,000 food items in the US. 80% of them have added sugar. How do you find the healthy foods in a market flooded with sugar? Fooducate yourself and others. The benefits are tremendous.
I am a living testimony to this truth. My goal is to help you help yourself by providing you the information and resources to do so. Change your family tree and let fooducation spread through your family and friends.
It comes down to two choices, medicate or fooducate. Which do you choose?
