Very Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

This berry smoothie is great for breakfast or even after your daily workout. With good healthy fats, high protein, and good carbs, you’re guaranteed to start your day out right. Whether you’re out to lose weight or reduce the inflammation from years of unhealthy eating, this is a must have on your breakfast menu.

If your kids are picky like mine this is a great meal replacement for them. Just replace the protein powder 1 raw organic or free-range egg.

I’m going to try this. How much protein powder does it take?

  • Just 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate powder. I buy the Maximized Living Vanilla Perfect Protein. It is a little pricey but most clean protein powders are. General rule of thumb is to look for an organic protein powder. If you want a good quality one that’s a little more affordable go with Orgain Chocolate or Orgain Vanilla. Stay away from conventional store bought brands. They contain GMO’s, high amounts of sugar and will cause a lot more harm to your body!
    Enjoy!
