Remember that chicken noodle soup mom would give you when you weren’t feeling good? Turns out mom may have been on to something.

I run into people every day that is impacted directly or indirectly by Leaky Gut Syndrome and don’t even know it. I wish I could tell everyone but it’s just not possible.

Often times people choose to take this information and disregard it because it’s contrary to what they’ve been told. Things like, “there’s no cure” or “food isn’t the problem”. It’s hard for people to come to terms with this information.

This is crucial to your long-term healing process. Make your own bone broth using my framework below and either do it exactly like I do or add your own flare.

Don’t be resistant to change at the cost of your health. If it’s worked for thousands of years for all cultures then it will work for you too!

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into crock-pot and set on high for 24 hours
  2. Strain broth through fine mesh strainer
  3. Poor into large mason jar, cover and refrigerate.
  4. Warm up and drink daily at least 10 minutes before eating any food to allow your body to absorb the nutrients efficiently.

** Organic ingredients preferred**

Doctors recommend consuming 8oz 1-2x daily as a soup, a plain beverage, or doing a bone broth fast.  I typically drink 8oz when I wake up every morning.

    Bone broth does wonders and I’ve been making it for a few years now using grass fed beef bones I get when I buy my organic, grass fed beef share from a local farmer. I freeze the Mason jars of broth that I can’t drink right away and as long as you leave about 1 1/2 inches at top for expansion, none have ever cracked. I’ve recently run out and must make more soon. Seems to cure all ills for me. I usually drink 8oz in the morning….it’s my “coffee” since I have never been a tea or coffee drinker. Highly recommend it to anyone – digestive disease or not!
