Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, poor the coconut milk and chia seeds in. Stir well. Let sit for around 30 - 60 minutes +/-. You should see plump seeds and the mixture thicken up.
  2. Now add the remaining ingredients and stir once again.
  3. Place in the fridge for about 4 hours to solidify the pudding. Now you're ready to enjoy it anytime! I recommend it for breakfast because it's an incredible energy booster. I've even added stevia to sweeten it a little. It's your choice. Enjoy!
