How many of you would like to have your kids eat greens like asparagus, spinach or even avocados? 1 year ago I would’ve said to you, “Good luck with that…”. We have two kids and it’s hard enough to get them to eat sometimes let alone something green.
Today, I’m going to show you one of the recipes that our kids love. It’s superfood and dessert all in one, and it’s quick and easy to make! This dessert is truly guilt free plus it’s packed with omega 3’s, protein, fiber, magnesium, calcium, iron, folate, copper. Best of all, after all the sugar our kids get today this dessert actual fights and reduces internal inflammation.
This is a take on a recipe from I was introduced to via Maximized Living. I honestly didn’t like their recipe so I added some extra ingredients that add to the healthiness and make it taste great!
