Guiltless Chocolate Delight Smoothie

If you are worried about not being able to eat food that is fun and delicious, then worry no more! This Guiltless Chocolate Delight smoothie is proof that you can eat incredible food without the guilt.

Remember, the key to making great tasting healthy food is essentially substituting typical unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones. That’s all I have done here. I used to miss things like Starbucks Frapp’s or other chocolate desserts like it. No need for that anymore.

This smoothie will hit the sweet spot while nourishing your body. Make it for dessert or an after workout protein smoothie.

Homemade Coconut Whipped Cream

Chocolate Smoothie
  1. Add chocolate smoothie ingredients to blender and blend.
Whipped Cream
  1. Chill a can of coconut cream overnight. Open the can and skim 1 cup of the thick cream off the top.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add remaining whipped cream ingredients. Use an electric mixer to whip until cream thickens and/or has soft peaks.
  3. Poor the smoothie into a cup and add a dollop or two of the homemade whipped cream. Finish it off with some shaved dark chocolate and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

**Use organic ingredients if possible.

TIP: Remove the cream and add 3 whole raw eggs when making the smoothie for a protein packed post workout smoothie.
