Here’s why it’s so beneficial. Lemon is a unique food. They are anionic, which in lamens terms means that it carries a very strong negative charge and is electrically active. This is significant because it puts lemons in the same category as our digestive processes like hydrochloric acid, digestive enzymes, and saliva which are all anionic. This means that fresh lemon will assist your bodies digestive processes and helps oxygenate the body, allowing your body to work a little less and have more energy.
Lemon also assists the liver in expelling toxins from the body which is essential on your journey to wellness.
