Mashed Faux-Tatoes Recipe

Looking for a delicious side dish for tonight’s entrée? Look no further. This mashed faux-tatoes recipe is just that, delicious! It will quickly become a staple side in your house.

The main ingredient is cauliflower, a superfood, and well-known cancer fighter. It’s also full of fiber which most don’t get enough of.

Instructions
  1. Using a steamer basket and pot, steam the cauliflower for around 7-10 minutes or until soft enough for a fork to run through easily. (Do not steam in a microwave.)
  2. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and blend using a hand emulsifier. If you only have a food processor, place all ingredients in there and blend.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve it hot. (They cool quickly so plan accordingly.)
