Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt first.
Mix in the melted coconut oil until it's fully incorporated. Then add the eggs and honey. Stir until ingredients are well incorporated and the flour mixture turns into a dough.
Using an ice cream scoop or a large spoon, scoop the dough and place the dough balls evenly on the parchment paper. Wet your hands and then lightly press each ball down to create a biscuit shape. Toss the baking sheet into the oven!
