Soothing Thieves Tea

thieves_tea_banner_640x360

When I feel a sore throat coming on I turn to one thing and that is my Thieves tea. I can’t think of a better tool in the tool belt than Thieves to prevent and reduce symptoms of a sore throat or the flu.

Keep this one available especially during the Fall and Winter. Plus, it just smells like Fall and who doesn’t like that smell!

Instructions
  1. Mix Thieves and Lemon into a teaspoon of honey. Stir into steaming mug of hot purified water until honey dissolves.
  2. HINT: Instead of water use 1 cup of unsweetened organic almond milk and you have what tastes like a Chai Tea. Great for those who don't like the raw strength of the oil.
Recipe Notes

Always use glass when using essential oils. Plastic breaks down and begins to dissolve when using some oils.
